Important points regarding BPSC Age Limit:
- As long as applicants meet the age requirements, there is no limit to the number of times they may apply.
- For federal government employees who have worked for the government for three years or more:
- Number of Attempts: 3
- Relaxation in Upper Age Limit: 5 years
- The maximum age is lowered by ten years for people with disabilities (PwD).
- People who are no older than 53 and have served in the military for at least three years are eligible for the age relaxation.
According to the BPS Eligibility Criteria, the following educational background is required:

- An equivalent qualification

BPSC 67th exam Notification

Bihar Public Service Commission on Friday evening issued the notice for the recruitment of 555 positions of 67th competitive examination. Commission’s Joint Secretary cum Controller of Examinations Amarendra Kumar stated that online applications would be accepted from 30 September. Candidates may apply until 5th November. He stated that the openings coming from the departments before the preliminary examination may be included in it. In such a scenario, the number of seats may vary if there is an amendment. Candidates who have completed graduation by the final day of online application may apply in it. This year, maximum 133 positions of Rural Development Officer, 110 posts of Municipal Executive Officer, 88 posts of Bihar Administrative Service, 52 of Block Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, 36 posts of Revenue Officer and equivalent are included. The Controller of Examinations has emphasised that the applicants who do not claim reservation in the column provided in the online application form, will not be granted the advantage of reservation. Reservation will be for the permanent resident of the state alone.

Fees for general candidates BPSC is 600 rupees.
For online application of BPSC, Rs 600 for general candidates, Rs 150 for SC-ST candidates of the state, Rs 150 for handicapped, 40 percent or more would be allowed in disability. Apart from this, the applicants of all other categories would have to pay Rs 600.
The exam for BPSC will be held in three phases.
BPSC 67th PT test would be for two hours. There will be questions of 150 marks in it. Candidates 10 times greater than the number of seats will be chosen for the preliminary test. The primarily written examination will be held in the second phase. There will be three topics in this test. There will be two required courses, General Hindi, for 100 points, and General Studies, for 300 marks. In addition, there will be paper one and paper two in general studies. It would be necessary to obtain 30 percent marks in Hindi. Apart from this, an optional subject exam of 300 marks would have to be given. BPSC has provided 34 kinds of optional topics choices. Out of this, two and a half times the applicants will be summoned for a personality test. The third step would be an interview cum personality test of 120 points. A health test will also be done in this. Based on this merit list will be produced, and the final result will be announced.
