WWE Diva Tammy 'Sunny' Sytch Arrested
Tammy Sytch, a.k.a. Tammy Sytch, is a WWE Hall of Famer. Sunny appears to be battling the law right now.
The WWE diva-turned-porn actress was allegedly detained in Keansburg, New Jersey on Thursday morning, January 13 for making "terror threats."
Sunny was arrested for making terroristic threats and unlawfully having a firearm, according to court papers obtained by TMZ.
While the nature of the alleged offences is unknown, Sunny was charged with three counts, according to the documents.
"If a violation of this paragraph occurs during a proclaimed national, state, or county emergency, it is a second-degree criminal."
Juventus have struggled for the majority of the season, scoring only 28 goals in 20 games heading into Sunday's meeting.
The actor will be held strictly accountable if it can be proven that the offence took place during a proclaimed national, state, or county emergency," it adds.
"It shall not be a defence that the actor was unaware that a proclaimed state of emergency existed at the time the offence was committed."
Felonies and misdemeanours do not exist in New Jersey. Instead, it uses degrees, with the lower the degree, the more time a person may spend in jail or prison.
The threat is categorised as fourth degree, while the weapon charges are third degree. Sunny may face a jail term of 4-6 years if convicted.
